How do I remove the text box on my home page, so I can have a full image.

i am trying to create a shopping cart on the site but cannot find where to make this live. i have gone through the tutorials but have obviously missed something as i cannot find the right place on the menu bar.

Also can we all have 3 separate paypal accounts on the three separate galleries?
